Improvement suggestions for the map popup

Some improvement suggestions for the map popup:

• [ ] Do not display attributes without any data
• [x] Use a text for the link to OSM feature
• [x] Add the level attribute

Hi @rbovard, tahts a nice idea, i had it a while ago. But i didn't find a way where UMAP can do this. Maybe in the next Reelase with React it could be possible. Or do you know a way?

I don't know much about UMAP, but you can do it via a simple JS test when the popup will be generated by code in next release.

For now, can you at least address the two last points (link and level) in UMAP?

For the 1. Issue: I think UMAP isn't barely maintained at the moment. No action since 9 months. I will take a look in the next version of Defikarte.ch
