Add data from charity registrar #168

Load data from charity registrar (here: https://data.gov.il/dataset/963/resource/1b00d999-db87-4a6e-9104-5ff38ba5260f ).

Follow the lead on other registrars (company, association) to create a clean dataset for all charities, and then combine it with the rest of the entities in the entities/all pipeline.

(in case you're wondering what's a charity - here, take a look: https://he.wikipedia.org/wiki/%D7%94%D7%A7%D7%93%D7%A9 )

The link above is dead, guessing it was replaced with the named dataset https://data.gov.il/dataset/hekdeshot - but which of the three resources?

Combine all three to create rich records for each organization.
