Dev environment is broken on windows #373

The npm tries to install unsupported package (npm shrinkwrap issue) 'fs' not found error in numbero lib, need to find different webpack workaround for that

@shayshei what's your windows version?

Our travis test the build only on linux, we can add osx support. Unfortunately they don't support windows.

@akariv do you know any service/idea how to auto test it on windows?
