short ids problem #383

if you search "גרונאו ראובן" there are 2 results, but one of them shouldn't appear

The problem here is with the search index containing wrong entries (i.e. something that we indexed along time ago but was never deleted). Right now there's no real way of finding them other that deleting the entire index and re-indexing everything (I might do that at some point).
