Improve TreeView to allow selection of layers from TreeView again

Selecting in treeview reflects properly in the 3D viewer now, but the inverse (selecting in 3D viewer) doesnt fully update the treeview yet. Bug upstream: https://github.com/olton/Metro-UI-CSS/issues/1209 pending.
