Drag Knife mode generates incorrect G-code

Generates incorrect G-code. This mode probably was not tested at all. Here is the most obvious mistakes on simple rectangle:

1. No overpass with turn
2. No overpass with turn
3. Should follow the line without any slope
4. Incorrect turnover center
5. Redundant turnover
