PROBLEM

Table 3-7 lists some example Actuator namespaces: TBD: e.g., ISCM, SACM, OpenC2, Custom, and Table 3-8 lists the supported OpenC2 Actuators. However the table examples do not include namespace identifiers, e.g. openc2:endpoint openc2:endpoint.digital-telephone-handset ...

SOLUTION

Either the protocol must specify that openc2 is the default namespace or Actuator Type fields must include explicit namespace IDs. Note that supported Targets all include explicit namespace IDs: ... cybox:X509_Certificate openc2:Data

I would like to close this topic. I believe that we converged on requiring Actuator Type fields must include explicit namespace IDs. Please provide additional comments by COB 5/23/2016 and I will take an action to build a construct
