Description

There is no uuid in the MessageBodyType => C2SIMInitialization => SystemEntityList

Contains only SystemName, but this is used as human readable name. Needed for mapping to NETN

This issue duplicates issue#47 (UUID Needed in SystemEntityList Entries). In the October 2023 meeting with MSG-201 and NETN-FOM, the group decided no change was needed in C2SIM to address that issue. Issue#47 can be revived if the situation has changed.
