XTCE v1.2 AggregateParameterType Support #657

Hi,

We have a supplier that makes use of AggregateParameterType extensively in their database. Is it possible to add this to the list of parameters supported by your conversion tool?

We're open to PRs from the community. Especially if you have an example of input / output you can test against.
