Test Suinos algorithms on scidddicaS3hex example, with OPT_ACTIVE_CELLS.

@donatodambrosio can you please tell us where is the crash happening? We've tested both serial and omp implementation of the sciddicaS3-hex model (using the CAL_OPT_ACTIVE_CELLS optimization) linked against the latest committed version of opencal (commit: 93af7f5d6d3b2f848fe65aac6d8f1ce355168e83) and everything seems to be working just fine.
