Do you mean more generally, "what is the process for contributing to the project?", or specifically, "I have this problem and how do I fix it?"

What do you mean by 'run this project'?

If you need help getting started with OpenCCG, I wrote this guide to installation and this guide for getting started with OpenCCG.

And of course there is the documentation included with the project.

Unfortunately, there's no guide for contributing your own code yet, but I think Mike would be happy to accept any pull requests you might have :)
