This PR

removes the outdated ccg-editor.py
streamlines whitespace in lex.py and ccg_editor.py, as well as the related build.xml filesfixes two
fixes the type check mentioned in #16
changes an "arg == None" to "arg is None" in ccg_editor.py

Please refer to #16 for an extensive discussion.

This closes #16.
