dtpad(1) Printing is not enabled #8

dtpad(1) does not have the printer enabled right now.

A fairly standard approach is to generate something to pipe to the appropriate print command (eg, pipe to lp / lpr / xpp); of course, the command is usually selected via a print dialog This could probably be ANSI text, though I'm not sure.

The print dialog is already in place to support this. LPR is probably what
the original system used, and it seems like the most compatible interface
to use now as well. Everything is in there except the actual call and pipe
to the subprocess lpr. The only thing that has to be assured is that you
send the internationalized data correctly.
