Set simulation year using the command line (as suggested by Kelley)
Added simulated observations
sse and rmse implemented

Issue: I have noticed that when I run to many simulations at once the MATLAB simulations crash. I think this is caused by memory issues. I can run 20 at a time, but not 25. I have looked into the issue in detail at this time.
