WriteNWSRFSESPTraceEnsemble filename case issues need to be fixed #145

The TSTool old command is WriteNWSRFSESPTraceEnsemble but the documentation sometimes uses WriteNwsrfsEspTraceEnsemble. The old name is inconsistent but needs to be fixed. Windows Git Bash is case-independent on the file system but MkDocs is case-specific. So, to avoid confusion, need to rename to a distinct name, commit to the repository, and then rename back to the desired name.

I renamed files so that they had new names, committed, and then renamed back to old names but with the correct case. Now MkDocs does not complain and the files are properly linked. Close this issue.
