Update Linux build/install scripts for custom installs, allow TSTool title modification #191

The Linux build process needs a way to tell the user about a custom install location. The main UI also needs a way to modify the title so that the user knows what TSTool configuration is running.

I updated the Linux installer build scripts. I added the --ui-titlemod command parameter to set a modification for the title. Close this issue.
