Graph - enable way to highlight time series in legend based on mouse over on graph #208

Subject of the issue

Would be helpful to be able to highlight the graph in the legend based on a mouse hover over a data point. I have added a NearestWithId option for mouse tracker to show the time series identifier, but if many time series are shown and colors are reused or similar, it would nice to also highlight in the legend, such as bolding the symbol or text.
