RunProgram - add ability to list output files from the program that is run #211

Subject of the issue

When using the RunProgram command, a program that is run may create output files. These files are unknown to TSTool. It would be nice if the command allowed such output files to be listed so that TSTool can display in the Results / Output Files area.
