Time series difference tool - would be nice to have a visual comparison tool #241

Subject of the issue

It would be nice to have a time series comparison tool where two time series could be selected and then view in a table, with differences highlighted. This would help in testing. Maybe the existing table view could be enhanced or add a new tool under the Tools menu.
