Map View - enable UniqueValues classification #214

I set up a GeoView map project file to view irrigated lands. The layer and legend did not show colors and a review of the TSTool code shows that the UniqueValues classification type is not enabled.

I cleaned up many files to enabled UniqueValues classification, and tested with the CDSS irrigated lands shapefile. The basic functionality is working with color tables. Close this issue.
