Time series editing in graph - need to re-enable basic functionality #217

The time series graph previously had a way to edit data from the graph. Re-enabling this to the previous functionality is useful for evaluating editing features that may be used on some projects.

I updated the code to re-enable time series editing. The TSView documentation explains how to do it. Close this issue.
