[FEATURE] Update goreleaser and/or github action to build binaries and containers for M1 Macs and Raspberry Pis #24

There's considerable interest in using our containers on platforms other than amd64. Our developers with M1 macs would like to run them natively and several people have indicated an interest in running our software on raspberry pis. It should be fairly straightforward to build and release for these systems.

I have a prototype working for SMD that has been tested by @cjh1 and have started working on the other container images used in the quickstart guide.

I can't assign this issue to myself in this repo but JFYI this one is making progress.
