[FEATURE] TLS cert renewal unit tests #29

We need tests to verify the TLS cert renewal server is functioning correctly. Krakend is currently using the server to get a cert and other services might in the future.

A compose file with the tests should be the priority as it will make it easier to deploy with the rest of the services
