Wrong detection if OpenCL is available #74

If I run the composition tests

python run-compositions.py noise-hurl.xml   
is OpenCLAvailable -> False  
/home/blackout/git/GEGL-OpenCL/tests/compositions/reference/noise-hurl.png and /home/blackout/git/GEGL-OpenCL/tests/compositions/output/noise-hurl.png are identical

My Nvidia card is not recognized because I use the nouveau driver. At home my AMD Kaveri runs fine.

I will look into this issue first.
