Expected behavior: As a user, I should be able to volunteer for the warehouse.

Current behavior: None

Possible Solution Add a volunteer page to the adoption site. Volunteer page will include:

• [ ] Volunteer requirements section

• [ ] Volunteer FAQ section

• [ ] A CTA to Volunteer, that will open an email to christmasproject@cmpd.org
