I'm submitting a:

Expected behavior: When viewing the adoption site, a user should be able to see an adoption FAQ page

Current behavior: None

Possible Solution FAQ page should include:

@Jillzey please provide copy for Adoption FAQ sections here when available

Not sure this needs to be a separate page or just included on the homepage.
