Project Sort

We need to make it so that the ProjectRecordsRequest class will pass a $pageData variable to the respond class, right now the code for the Tag Sorter sits right above where the $respondData arrays get merged before they get sent to the page

We need to modify how this works so this is done on a config file instead of within the class

Still need to do this, but there is not an existing hook.
