Fix a reference to MACHINE in the MacroDefinitions that should have been MACHNAME. Tracker item 3384.

This change seems to be needed to get OpenCMISS to build correctly on Debian Wheezy x86_64, because otherwise the system is detected as being 32-bit and the build fails if 32 bit libraries are not installed.
