update doxygen files

@chrispbradley or others, are you able to check and approve these minor changes to the Doxygen files?

• update doxygen project names so generated API documentation have more… consistent titles.
• add timestamp to bottom of pages, so users know whether the documentation is current.
• remove version as it is not correct
