Fix surface pressure analytic Jacobian by multiplying the appropriate scale factors with the surface pressure derivative.
Add equations Jacobian evaluation type toggle. Set as finite difference method by default.
Make Equations_JacobianMatricesTypesSet a public function which sets the Jacobian evaluation type.
