createfeature: points to iconmaster instead of icon #15

CreateFeatureTypePage.html line 37 and 60 I think it should point to opencop:icon

I would have thought iconmaster was right. See the schema definition here.

The design was that there was an icon, and "layer" table, joined on iconstolayers (except that the layer table doesn't exist -- it's just a topp:example name). iconmaster is a view, supposed to be used when you want to pull everything together. Whatever you want to find in icon, you should be able to find in iconmaster. Unless you want to update.

It has been a while since we designed that so I probably forgot the details. Basically the problem was only a few icons showed up.
