Based on suggestions from FOSS4G-NA, rename the project to wfseditor and the outputFormat to editor.
Caveat: All existing data will have to be update to support this. It is possible to run both the old jar and the new jar at the same time as a transition option. But I suggest we just fix as quickly as possible after I push up the commits.
