Bad plugins: Remove entries with 404 or bad checksum tarballs #1052

Remove some entries with either non-existing (404) tarball urls or with bad checksums. Both of these errors makes the plugin unusable and keeping the entry just causes confusion. These errors are long-standing.

From what I see in the error code results, it looks like weather_routing 1.14.1 fails in addition to the others listed. Is this correct?

I need to update logbook when I get back.

There is no such version in master, here weatherfax is on 1.9.110.1.9.110.0. The logs are not really fresh.

Note that this is only about master. The situation in Beta etc is not checked.
