Dashboard_Tactics recover the missing ReadTheDocs Manual

Petri's manual for Dashboard_tactics is missing. We need to recover it from the Wayback machine. Is there anyone who knows how to do that or has some suggestions how?

Ideally we would like to upload it back to a new repos on ReadTheDocs and fix the links.

A few last questions.

1. There is a notice that I don't have a github webhook here for Dashboard_Tactics (I think this is a project that is still failing)
2. The project that works and displays the documents is dashboard_tactics_pi

To navigate to the two projects [User at upper right] > My Projects. There are two projects listed:

• Dashboard_Tactics - failing
• dashboard_tactics_pi - passing

Should I delete the project "Dashboard_Tactics" that fails using "delete project" at the bottom right of the page?

Also do I need a github webhook? I don't need that if I update the docs manually, thus every time we Push a new commit I won't be triggering a new docs build.
OR does it NOT build if there are no changes under the "docs" directory?
