When there are no alarms in the Menu there should be a message that explains what to do.
Something like "Add a new alarm by hoover over this menu and left click, or for touch screens press for alarm menu."
Alternatively, when there are no alarms, the "new" menu should come up first to allow the user to select an alarm and set it up.
Then the menu would show with the newly setup alarm.
