[Recorded Future] Add description of threat actor/intrusion set upon entity creation

Use case

When a threat actor or intrusion set is created (depending on config variable set) there is no description that is provided. Albeit, I'm not sure if this is possible given the current capabilities of the Recorded Future Threat API.

Example: Lockbit Gang

Current Workaround

• N/A

Proposed Solution

• Make a request to the relevant API endpoint to gather a description from Recorded Future for a given "threat actor/intrusion set".
