[Taxii2] Added URL Query Limit #2754

Proposed changes

Added limit config so a limit can be placed on the number of results returned.
Changed the existing more variable name as it could now get confusing if limit is being used and more is in the response.

I'm closing this pull request. I'm working on tidying up the taxii connector code and have merged these changes there. I'll submit a new pull request when ready.
