Indicator Expiration Notification #1861

Problem to Solve

Have a notification in the platform before the rules (SNORT, SURICATA, ...) expire

Current Workaround

None

Proposed Solution

Each user must have a notification when their rules (or those of their team) expire

In the expiration engine, be able to configure a checkbox "Receive alert when indicators is going to expire" with a customizable time interval (ie. 7 days before) and use the "pushNotification" from #2413.
