[EPIC] Improving import of document and auto-parsing

Use case

A lot of technical data can be store in office documents (csv, xls, doc, pdf, etc.). Content of these documents should be translated automatically into the extended STIX model of OpenCTI, avoiding for the analyst to rewrite the content in an other form. This auto-translation should concern all SDO, SCO and SRO.

CSV import will be in 5.11 (mid october). For more streamline import bus for document pdf with NLP, we plan/hope for Q1/Q2 2024.

I just added a relevant feature request #5968; not sure if this issue is already addressed in there.
