Error An unknown error occurred. Please contact your administrator or the OpenCTI maintainers.

Environment

  1. OS Docker
  2. OpenCTI version 5.10.2 AND version 5.11.14
  3. OpenCTI client: frontend
  4. Other environment details:

Reproducible Steps

Steps to create the smallest reproducible scenario:

  1. Login to OpenCTI Dashboard
  2. Click on 'Settings', and then wait for it to load
  3. Error

Expected Output

Open the settings page

Actual Output

An unknown error occurred. Please contact your administrator or the OpenCTI maintainers.

Hey @atlatey I cannot reproduce your issue on 5.11.14. Can you maybe seek for additionnal support also on our Salck Channel, using the OpenCTI version?

What would also be useful is to get server side logs, if you can provide them, that would be great.
