Description

On any knowledge graph view, the bottom right buttons disappear when the browser window isn't wide enough. This is a 508 Compliance issue.

Environment

OS (where OpenCTI server runs): Mac OS Sonoma 14.4.1
OpenCTI version: 6.0.10
OpenCTI client: frontend

Reproducible Steps

Steps to create the smallest reproducible scenario:

Have system running and at least one Report, Grouping, Incident Response, RFI, or RFT in the system.
Navigate to a knowledge graph view.
Shrink browser window width.

Expected Output

Able to see/find the following buttons to create/edit/delete entities in graph, create relationships and sightings, etc.

Actual Output

The buttons disappear entirely and cannot be navigated to via mouse/scrollwheel.

Switching it to a feature since:

we have an EPIC to tackle all accessibility issues within the app
the screen was not designed having this in mind, therefore, we would like to ensure we have a solution that we have thought about to tackle the issue instead of having a quick fix
we can still access the CTAs even if the screen is small with the tab key.
