Pdf generated via import-external-reference are not automatically treated by import-document

Description

Pdf generated via import-external-reference are not automatically treated by import-document. You need to generate manually a workbench. According to Sam, import-document should have the same behavior on uploaded files and external reference files.

Reproducible Steps

1. Create a report
2. Add an external reference (for example: https://www.cm-alliance.com/cybersecurity-blog/6-surprising-ways-hackers-can-exploit-your-smart-home-devices)
3. Generate enrichement
4. Once the pdf is generated, go to the data tab

Expected Output

• An external ref file is created
• A workbench is created from this file

Actual Output

• An external ref file is created
• No workbench
