Add default value for observables #7469

Use case

I want to set default values for all the entities in the platform. Currently observables cannot have a default value.

Use case: Adding a default marking definition for a user or a group. This requires a default value to be set in the customisation interface, but this is not possible for observables, artifacts and external references. I see no reason why I shouldn't be able to set a default TLP for observables and artifacts.
