For "Activity & history", the current filters are not enough. Indeed Event type "Mutation" & Event Scope "Update" is insufficient given lots of operations are behind these two.
As a result, to be able to know the amount of reports assigned to a user, it is impossible.

Be able to filter on the message itself of the activity with operators such as "contains, start with, end with".
have a more granular system that allows to easily differentiate the operations
