Filters are back on the right handside for containers #7574

Description

In containers, on entity & observable tabs, we have the right panel to filter which is back. We don't want it. Also, on testing only when lcikcing on export, the export panel does not open.

Environment

Demo for the right panel Testing for the Export

Reproducible Steps

Steps to create the smallest reproducible scenario:

  1. Go in a container
  2. Go in entity (or observable)
  3. Filters are on the right

Expected Output

No filter on the right, instead a quick filter "entity type = " is selected by defualt on the page.

Actual Output

Filter are on the right panel.

Not a regression since it was present before. The removing of all the entity types filter right panels was deprioritized, so only some of them have been removed for the moment.

I've switched it to feature. If it's a tiny, then I'll push in 6.4
