Import / export CSV mappers #8051

Use case

As it is painful to create CSV mappers, an import / export features, for the future XTM Hub but also for the overall community seems important. I've not seen an issue already created for this feature.

@SamuelHassine It also might be worth looking at seeing if it is possible to duplicate a CSV mapper configuration like you can with dashboards.

The use case would be useful when there is something you need imported in similar manner like an IPv4.

I.e I need one CSV mapper configuration for importing an IPv4 as if it is involved with an incident, and another configuration when importing an IPv4 as if it belongs to a certain organization.
