Create a Service Account feature #8754

Use case

Some admins would like their users to only access the API but not the interface: for instance, to be able to only ingest a feed, but not view the entire platform. The goal of a service account is simply to ensure we have a mechanism to grant rights without provide to the GUI.

This sounds exactly what I need and would be a good feature. Might be a way to create a group for same.
