Description

In a Connector overview, we can't access all the users in the Creators trigger filter values list.

Reproducible Steps

Go in a Connector overview
Add a trigger filter on 'Creators'
All the users are not displayed (normal)
If you type the beginning of the name of a user not displayed among the displayed ones, the user is not displayed

the creators filter lists only existing creators : users that have created at least one entity. And It also depends on the scope of the connector, so for example "ImportExternalReference" connector, we'll search existing creators of external-references.

Do we want to display all users ? why ? @romain-filigran

If I create a new user just for the purpose of being added to this filter, I won't be able to list it because it has no created content so far. Unless I log in with that user, and create a dummy data?

In that specific case of trigger filters for connectors it would seem ok to display all existing users for both authors & creators
