[RSS Feed] Error when ingesting GBHacker #9097

Description

I can't ingest GBHacker feed. It raises the following error

OCTI 6.3.13

Reproducible Steps

Steps to create the smallest reproducible scenario:

  1. Create an RSS feed to ingest : https://gbhackers.com/feed/
  2. Look at the logs

-> Nothing is imported

Additional information

This feed worked in the past
