Incorporated content reg. the different tooling types from Chapter 10.

After incorporating some material from slides/10_Tooling_main_types.txt to slides/5_Review.txt, shouldn't there also be changes to the first file? Or is all the content transferred and we can delete it?

I did not do a slide by slide copy from Chapter 10, but all the relevant content should be there in Chapter 5 now. For instance, Chapter 10 has 3 slides per tool type, which I tried to summarize in 2 slides. However, all the 5 tool types from Chapter 10 are covered in Chapter 5 now. So it should be OK for delete Chapter 10.
